Important Interview Prep Information:

For our interview, please be prepared with a couple of stories about how you listened or didn't listen to your inner voice and how that affected you. I would also love for you to share your practices for connecting with your inner voice on a daily basis, and how that has evolved in your life. While I definitely want to hit on these points, I love to just flow intuitively where the conversation leads us, as that is almost always exactly what everyone needs to hear! At the end of the podcast please be prepared to answer the following question: “What is your inner voice telling you right now?” - feel free to answer off the cuff as well, I just didn't want to surprise you with this!

Recording quality is very important for your interview to have maximum impact. Here are a few things you can do to ensure your sound quality is good so we can truly connect with YOUR voice.- A mic is just a nice-to-have...if you don't have a mic, a headset or earbuds w/ mic will work fine. If you are using earbuds, be sure to keep the microphone part away from your hair and clothes.- Earbuds/headphones are a MUST to reduce echo even if you are using a nice microphone. Cast is set up to record through the USB microphone even with earbuds plugged in.- Please be in the quietest spot you've got access to. This all improves your sound quality so you can sound your absolute best!
